INCOMPETENCE AND ********
I honestly think that VFS Global was unable to hold this ZSP applications job. They seem understaffed and doesnt have the capacity to deliver. but how did they get the tender if they cant deliver, i honestly wonder. its like a bunch of *********** people, they say go to site to track your application but there is nothing. they send emails about your permit outcome today, then you get called 2 months later. A friend even told me that in PE they told people to come in and check because they are understaffed, THEY CANT CALL EVERYONE TO BOOK COLLECTION APPOINTMENT. I wont be surprised if an application i submitted 12weeks ago is still lying in their offices. I dont think i will do anything with VFS Global again
