INCOMPETENCE!!!

I have never in my life experienced the amount of INCOMPETENCE from one company. My Nanny's bag with her passport was ****** which had her ZSP work permit in. She has taken two days of to try and get feedback regarding the process to follow for re-issue of ZSP Permit in new Passport. NO-ONE can tell her what she needs to do - she was at the Centre where she app**** in Midrand - no-one could help her - she was t the offices in Pretoria - and no one could help her - they did not even want to let her into the building.<br> I also tried phoning the call centre on this number - *** and spoke to various agents - ALL *********** AS NOT ONE KNOWS WHAT SHE NEEDS TO DO - just keep on saying she has to go to the Centre where she app**** - this is unacceptable as she needs this work permit for various reasons as you can imagine - please can someone respond and advise the process to follow.
