INCOMPETENCE
Submitted a permit application with VFS Global and no-one even knows the progress of my application. They say 10-12 weeks turnaround time but now its 13 weeks and their system shows my application in one place from the beginning. Is Home Affairs aware f this level of incompetency? Is the government aware if this incompetency? Why does this company take people for granted?
