INCOMPETENCE

I still maintain that Home Affairs made a mistake by giving this company a tender to handle permit applications. Home affairs is consistent in that the permit application takes 8-10 weeks and for sure from what i have witnessed the permits are even staying short at DHA but taking long at VFS Centres. Permits released today were probably issued first week of November by Home Affairs but VFS was seating on them, putting our carriers in jeopardy. Why, because i guess they don't have the capacity to handle this kind of work. How would you explain last applicants be the first to get responses while the first haven't received their outcomes or smses at all(FILO really). VFS Glogal have let us down once more
