Inability to get refund from VFS global since Feb 2022

Good day This is very unfortunate I was made to apply for a refund at the Port Elizabeth branch following a date mix up on an application i submitted on behalf of a minor. I app**** for the refund since February 2022 and up till now,despite numerous emails and all I have not been refunded or gotten any sane response Infact my mails are currently being ignored and left unattended to. How can an agency be so unruly to customers? This is pathetic
