Impossible to make a booking on time, and a complete monopoly on the Visa process

VFS Global makes it impossible to get a VISA appointment within a reasonable time before our trip.

We have been trying to make an appointment at VFS JHB, Pretoria and even Durban for more than a week! We keep on refreshing the booking page with no viable appointments available. Our flight is on 22 June, so we follow the recommendation VFS indicates on the website to not start the process a month before our trip. The problem is nothing is available until months after our planned trip!

I have tried contacting the Netherlands embassy, and they indicate that VFS Global is the only option meaning they have a Completely Monopoly on the process and can get away with ridiculous services.

Our dream holiday plans are ruined due to VFS incompetence and simple lack of caring.
