I once complained on Hello Peter that thay have not settled my refund

I once complained on Hello Peter that thay have not settled my refund. They did follow up and I Provided all the documents and now they just quiet. They dont respond even to follow up emails regarding that query. Their service is so poor and I have not received my money even now
