I need to renew my visa

Good day every one . I have been trying to make a date to come to vfs and the result is I have done the payment and the web site is not working I have been contacting each and every department in vfs and sending emails no one attend . And now the customer help line us off . My visa will finish soon . I apply in 15/03/2020 . I contact the it department by vfs and they said they will help me and nothing . I understand the covid-19 is effecting every thing . But you website is no longer working . And any delays in the visa will I be responsible for that since I apply before the 4 month of my visa expiring
