I app**** for the ZEP permit on the very first day(02 October 2017) but up to now i havent received it despite Home Affairs senting it to them

I app**** for a ZEP permit on 02 October 2017 .After that i was able to track it online.When Home Affairs returned the decision to VFS i couldnt check it on the system.Now it has been three weeks since VFS have my permit and they are not giving it to me.I went there several times and was told to wait for the scanning process.Now my job is on the line since they need that permitASAP.To make matters worse those who app**** three weeks after me are receiving their permits yet mine is piled up somewhere. Please help
