I am so disappointed, I mistakenly chose the wrong category for my visa renewal and when it comes to my refund vfs seem not to care

I am so disappointed, I mistakenly chose the wrong category for my visa renewal and when it comes to my refund vfs seem not to care. I sent my refund request on the 17th of February 2025 and until this day (26 March 2025 ) I have not received my refund
