Horrific Service

Firstly you have to pay to get an “appointment” for a visa. Once you arrive for this appointment 15 min early you get to wait for 30 min. What is the point of giving an appointment date when they cannot keep to the arrangement. So basically you pay to go and sit and wait to be seen! ****************? Then if there is any problem with your paperwork they are not helpful, and direct you to come back again later(but you have to make an appointment and pay!!)

To get a visa you can only use VFS Abu Dhabi and they know they have a monopoly so they treat the customer very poorly. I don’t understand how international embassies can outsource their admin to a company that is really not customer orientated.
