Horrible Service

My application for a critical skills visa renewal was received from DHA on 15 December 2020 and has been pending for over 4 months. When requesting information about the turnaround time for an application submitted post lockdown I get a weird "Kindly note, you will only receive an SMS notification when your outcome is ready for collection" response from their help email. All I wanted to know was whether my application was stuck somewhere in the process or DHA turnaround time is affected by the covid backlog.

"Temporary Residence visa applications for Critical skills work visas will be finalized within 4 weeks or less (20 working days)" ?!?!
