High Processing times

I have submitted Indian PCC application at VFS India at the below address Indian Visa and Consular Application Centre 2nd floor, Harrow Court 1, Isle of Houghton Office Park Boundary Rd, Park Town Johannesburg, 2198

I had submitted the application on 04-Sep-2020 and till now no response. They keep waiting customer infinite time.
