HELP PLEASE CAN A HUMAN TALK TO ME FROM VSF - CANADAIN VISA APPLICATIONS

On 3 FEB I app**** for a renewal of my visitors visa for Canada. I went onto VSF Global website and in the top right hand corner was the Canadian flag with Visa Application, so filled in all the forms, paid via credit card, received a receipt no:, UCI #, Application #, Bio #, which is still valid for a further 6 years. It gave me 60 days for this to be sorted. It is now only 20 something days left. I have written and written and only received the usual computer reply which is not good enough. I want to know why is this taking so long.\? Did I go into the wrong portal? When and where do I take my new passport? I have booked tickets for departing CPT on 28 June to see my family in Vancouver, but no PERSON replies only computer generated answers which is not answering my questions. PLEASE can someone just contact me to allay my fears that the time will elapse and I will have to pay another huge fee again.
