Great staff at VFS Global, Johannesburg

Super friendly staff in what must be a high pressure environment with upset and stressed clients. We made a mistake and had to come back the next day as walk-ins - and though queuing is never funny it was our own fault and staff was constantly helpful and smiling.

Shout-out and thanks to Bianca Lawrence and the rest of the staff working today. I hope you get a good Christmas bonus ?
