We wish to place on record our sincere appreciation for the assistance that has been received from the Durban office Manager, Mr. Rishen Lalla.

Mr. Lalla always goes beyond the call of duty to assist his clients and it is only befitting that he be accordingly recognized and commended.

Our office has over the past 2 years been representing high profile clients that had found themselves in dire predicaments. With the intervention of Mr. Lalla all problems were resolved.

It is truly a breath of fresh air when a service provider has a genuine interest in their clients and does whatever is within their capacity to meet their customers' needs.

Mr. Lalla epitomizes what great customer service should be and we believe that he deserves all benefits that flow from such endeavors.
