FRUSTRATED

<p>On the 14th of July my husband and i went to Rivonia branch to submit our Permenant Residence application. at first we were hit with the remark, why dont you, that is me the writer who is spouse to principal applicant wait for my husband to get his PR first. This thorugh me into confusion because from your website i read the requirements carefully and you say its possible for dependants to apply together with principal applicant. having insisted on my rights we moved on to submission stage.</p> <p>Lady requested for certified copies, i told her that i have originals and in my previous applications officers have made copies form originals. further, forms i had at hand clearly indicated that you should either bring in originals OR certified copies. Supervisor was called and she reiterated the same request. What infuriated me the most was i was being forced to understand that OR means AND. Please can you either change the forms or educate the officers. we wasted man hours since my husband had take time off work. We were asked to re-submit after making the certfied copies.</p>
