Fix this process!!

First we got sent to the wrong application centre, which was quite hard to find and very *****. From there they sent us to the Brooklyn centre in Tram street. We had an appointment, but upon arrival they made us queue up again because 1 person at the front desk is checking the documents. It took more than an hour to just get into the centre... And we haven't even started to talk about waiting inside....

Fix this!! When asking the staff there, that we have an appointment and why we have to queue. She simply rep****, "I'm not in charge of appointments". Then i rep**** that they should fix this. She then gave me a surprised look, like nothing is wrong. It's simply unacceptable that a place is run like this.

Poorly managed and organised. FIX IT!!!
