Finally got my refund from VFS

A day after sharing my ordeal about getting a refund from VFS I got email and calls from VFS and less than a week later my refund is showing in my bank account! Thank you. I hope everyone else facing a similar problem gets speedy assistance without having to complain on this platform first.
