False Promises and NO Service

Being in full time employment time is of the essence to me and MANY other Zimbabwean people specifically as I am a Zimbabwean. So it was easy to be sold on the concept of having a fixed APPOINTMENT to submit documentation etc.<br> <br> After going through the process of making an appointment to which I was told to ensure I was on time! Which I was. I was advised to sit in a queue and \wait your turn"along with hundreds of other people who had also made appointments. Additionally there was only three people assisting everyone sitting there.<br> <br> False advertising"
