FAILURE TO PAY A REFUND WITHIN PROMISED TIMELINE

It has been more than 30 days since I submitted my refund claim form at the VFS Global office in Revonia, Johannesburg. The claim was captured by an agent called Lydia at the collection counters. It was stated on the form that the claim would take up to 30 days to be processed but the promised time has lapsed and still have not received my refund amounting to R2870 into my account.
