Failing to refund me

Good Day <br> <br> on the 08 May i submitted a refund form to VFS as i had made a payment for visa application and they told me that they were offline and i sent me to the Spain consulate where i had to make another payment then i have to ask for my refund at VFS till today they haven't paid me and the services I am getting is so poor no one is doing a follow up i have to be the one doing the follow up with them and I will get the automated reply and this is so annoying <br> they told me tat payments are made in 30 days and this way over due now 30 days has passed I really need my money R1159.00
