failed transaction refund

I, Mrs Ashwini Sawant had app**** for priority visa service for UK visa. I had done payment for application number GWFO***7 and GWF*** .<br> My first money transfer for priority visa service was for amount Rs 25,200 dated 21st august 2015 through AXIS bank internet banking service, but the amount was debited from my account and the transaction failed due to logout of VFS payment page. The transaction number is DUTI***.<br> I tried 2nd transaction through ICICI bank and my transaction was completed and I received the receipt for the same.<br> The amount of Rs 25,200 which was debited from my Axis bank account is not credited back after 6 working days.<br> I am not able to find any customer care phone number for UKVisa services<br>
