EXTREMELY DISOAPPINTED WITH VFS WESITE SERVICE TO DO AN ONLINE APPLICATION.

It's been almost a week of frustration where I have been submitting online application for Permanent Residence permit. It's a process and all the pages must be filled with correct information. But the minute I save the information to move onto the next page to fill in further details then the website crashes and it comes up with a pop up error message stating "ERROR OCCURRED, CONTACT WEBSIDE ADMIN" I have repeated this method over 100 times and making phone calls multiple times trying to VFS call center and get in touch with an agent to address the issue but line drops from their side and I am running out of time as my certified documents will expire and it's a process. Extremely frustrating.
