EXTREMELY DELAYED ZSP FEEDBACK

In 2014 after the Department of Home Affairs' announcement of the ZSP permit for Zimbabweans and that VFS Global will be facilitating same I immediately prepared myself and completed their online application on the 01st of October 2014 and contacted their contact center which further confirmed an appointment for the 1st of November 2014 to submit my supporting documents for the application. Without wasting much time I paid the required application fee of R875.00 into their account. On the 1st of November 2014 I attended their offices for my appointment between 08.00 & 08.30am and submitted my supporting documents, proof of payment and my biometric data was registered with them. After attending to all the necessary requirements VFS Global issued me a receipt and advised that my application will be processed within 8 to 10 weeks and I should receive feedback from them within that time period or I should track my application on their website's track& trace application. Its been more than10 weeks now, its now precisely 20 weeks, and I have not heard any response whatsoever regarding my application. VFS can I have urgent feedback, I believe I supposedly paid of world class service!!
