EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE - KEEP YOUR PROMISES!!!

I app**** for a Zimbabwean Exemption Permit on the 05th of December 2017 & paid R1110 under the premise that the permit will be issued with 6 to eight weeks. Sadly, 5 months later this has not happened. On numerous follow ups with their call centre and online tracking facility I have been advised that the permit was submitted to the South African Department of Home Affairs on the 13th of December 2017. No further explanation as to why there is such a massive delay is given.

This delay is negatively affecting me. There is definately no value for money in DHA having outsourced this function to VFS Global . We are adding value to the South African economy, the least you can do is issue our permits on time.
