Especially need to mention the team in the Premium Lounge Ronaldo, Robyn and team that are professional, polite, friendly and committed to providing phenomenal customer service. Robyn worked through her lunch break to assist us and stayed professional and lovely! It makes applying for a visa such a pleasure!
