Excellent service claiming a refund

A lady called Thuli who i believe is the Manager at Rivonia was nothing short of amazing with assisting me submit a claim for a refund. I was turned away in December for not having all the relevant documentation. She advised what was required. When i returned in January she remembered me from December although she may meet hundreds of people in a week. She proceeded to assist me complete the necessary documents and i submitted these without any delays. In December she had been busy with customers outside (the queue was very long due to the December holidays) providing counsel and ensuring order. I was very impressed.
