Excellent service, assistance & attitude

Tom and myself, Silvia, Toms carer, came in to VFS to get help sorting out a new permanent residence status as Toms had been ******. Also due to computer errors we had not been able to print our documents. Tom is 70 and diabetic and cannot stand long either. The manager Ms Nina Ntshingila and her staff were very polite, patient and went out of their way to not only understand our obstacles, but, to help us even though it was not their problem. They helped us get everything in order. From printing the documents needed to expediting the process with a most appreciated friendly, service orientated, attitude. Everything was done quickly, efficiently and to completion. Their understanding, help, care and gentleness as well as efficient service is most appreciated. Well done! Tom is especially grateful as he is disabled and cannot stand for long periods. Thanks Nina and team
