Emergency situation
Hi. My name is Olena Ivanova 28.01.1982. I app**** for my permanent residence PRP ********** on 09.09.2016. VFS South Africa said it will take 8-10 months to process. Its more then 1 year has gone and I didn't get any messages that my case is in process. Unfortunately my parents are in Ukraine and in very bad health condition. I need to go there to help to put in Hospital but I can not leave the country while my permit is in process.. Please help me to finalise my case and fly back home to assist my family. Thanks.
