Do not use VFS unless you enjoy waiting and having extra money taken from you

Be prepared to deal with a lot of admin, stressed staff and rudeness if you use VFS. I use them every year and know the process by now. I was made to pay a fee, despite knowing it wasn’t necessary. I have app**** for a refund and they make you fill in forms, then don’t refund you and ignore you when you follow up. Exhausting. Try Capago or anyone else if possible
