Refund due to me for Visa application fees. On the 5th March 2015, myself and my wife app**** for tourist visa's to Greece. We made this application at the VFS Global processing centre in Johannesburg Rivonia. Prior to our application I made two EFT payments the VFS Account .On the day we made the application I was advised that the VFS processing centre did not accept EFT payments and I was told to make a cash payment for the visa's. I made the cash payments and was told that I should complete a refund form giving my bank details for the EFT funds to be refunding into. I completed this form and was advised that it would take 3 - 4 week. I had waited for 4 weeks to expire with not response from VFS. I called the call centre and last week and queried the refund and was told by the agent that she required my details and will forward to their finance department. I waited a further week and called to, first response I was given finances contact details which was a fax number, then an email address [Email Removed] the my email has been returned undelivered. I was then told that I should go bck to the VFS centre where I originally app**** and completed the forms for refund
