DO NOT TRUST!!! **** ALERT!!

I’ve double booked a visa application. The manager, Bruce Lukhlele confirmed on November 19th that my refund application is successful and that it would take up to 20 business days to process my refund. Today is December 31st, way past the 20 business day benchmark. I still don’t have my refund and they simply don’t respond to my emails. This is the most *********** company I have dealt with in my life!!! They **** people, you end up not getting your visa nor your money!!! DO NOT TRUST
