DO NOT MAKE CARD PAYMENTS WITH VFS!!!

I app**** for a LEP visa for an employee. Due to their faulty payment system, they took my payment 4 times and it still did not reflect on the website and I cannot book an appointment. Eventually I had to make a cash deposit. I cannot process the refund on the website because it is not captured yet they have taken my money. I emailed them repeatedly with the proof of payment, only to be given another email, phone number or generic instructions that does not work. If the queries department is only trained to delegate queries to other departments, then I think they should hire new people.

On top of this, they will not refund the full payment because they have an admin cost. I have to bear this cost due to their faulty payment system that should not exist if it has not been tested for functionality.
