Dissapointed

This is the second complaint log to you as the 2 working days have passed yet no one called nor provided me with feedback. Im so dissapointed at the service received.. My husband app**** for a spousal visa and was declined.. reason being that his police clearance is fruad and he cannot proof that we permenantly in a relationship for 2 years.. Now that is what make me soooo very angry.. 1st of all my husband provided original police clearance which is not fruadulent and correct and secondly, we provided affidavit with friends and family, a notary report as well as our legal marriage certificate proofing we we married for more than 3 years.. so how is it possible that you tell me there no proof that we in a permenant relationship for more than 2 years.. we got married at home affairs yet you tell me its less than 2 years.. All our documents is in order and legal yet you declined based on stuff that does not make sense.. *******ion is so big that you just decline applications that have correct information.. you do not have any basis of declining the application.. we even included our child's birth certificate,marriage certicate and all.. so what more do u want? This better be resolved as i will take this further and the media will also hear off this cause we provided everything that was required and all was correct.. You must show me where you got ur information that the police clearance is fruad and that we not in a permenant relationship for more than 2 years..PATHETIC
