DISSAPOINTED

i have logged numerous complains and every time i'm advised that i will receive feedback within 2 days.. i logged a complain on the 28/02/2018 and to date have not receive any type of correspondence and i fail to understand why i'm not getting feedback. This might not be important to you but it is to us cause we wont to resolve this.. how can you treat people like this. 11 month and still nothing.
