Disgruntled customer

I app**** on behalf of my helper & her friend for an exemption work permit for in December 2019. The online application was completed and payment was made on the 1st of February 2020, through prepayment at the bank. Even after 3 working days, the payment has not reflected online & I can’t schedule appointment dates at all.

I’m disappointed in the service and would like this matter to be resolved urgently as time is not on their side.
