DISAPPOINTMENT: CANNOT SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT DUE TO A GLITCH IN THE SYSTEM.

Goodday,

I hope this mail finds you well. I must say VFS global is close to none helpful when it comes to queries or your staff is not well trained. I have contacted the VFS office numerous times being sent from pillar to poster. I'm currently helping none Computer literate Zimbabweans from our ZIF organisation with their ZEP renewal. We have heard problems with payments not reflecting after weeks of payment and yet on the system it says three working days. We have contacted VFS and send proof of payment and was told to wait 24hrs for the payment to reflect and this date two weeks later still no payment reflecting on the system. Secondly I personally called and spoke to Tebatso ( probably the third person i spoke to about the same issue) regarding the error when we are trying to schedule and appointment. The system loads only half way and then stops and doesn't take you to the calendar to schedule. Its been five weeks and still the same problem. The first person i spoke to asked me to use microsoft edge instead of chrome. However this didn't help and told the lady that it was still not opening and she gave me an email to their IT specialist to send my query. However the email didn't go through as it was blocked. Two days later I called again and that was when i spoke to Tebatso who gave me yet another email to send a screenshot of what was happening. I didn't receive feedback or any acknowledgment of my email and 5 days later still nothing and i still cant book appointments to people that have their bank accounts closed and banks demanding the VFS receipt for them to re activate the bank accounts.

VFS global you are affecting the lives of so many families knowing or unknowingly. STEP UP AND DO THE RIGHT THING. WE DO PAY FOR THESE SERVICES.

Also please answer your calls and stop dropping them every 5 seconds so we can re start to make the call again and restart the conversation with a different consultant. We use money to buy airtime for calls that prove to be unproductive.
