Disappointing service and stuff/Unreliable company!!

I would like to log a complaint against VFS global in cot for poor customer service. They ignore customers issues and the stuff is very rude and disrespectful in particular Mr Werner. It’s very disappointing that such important tasks as assist people with their visas are given to people like him.

On the other hand On the 20th of December 2017 I app**** for a new visa few weeks before my current visa on that time expires. I managed to get hold of all the required documents except the police clearence which was taking too long to come back from Pretoria and since VFS global departement was closing for holiday on the 23rd of that same month I decided to go at the office and they told me that I could pay for the police clearence with my card directly at their office which I did.

I was shocked and surprised when I went for collection a few weeks later and read on the letter that my application was rejected for absence of police clearence and that I was not granted with a new visa. Since I had proof of my payment on the receipt I was given when I submitted my application form, I wanted to do an appeal but Mr Werner told me not to because my issue would be sorted soon.

I count today, nineteen (20) months without a valid permit on the south african territory. This comes with inability to own any sort of bank account, inability to use the medical aid I paid for, inability to sign any sort of contract, inability to receive money on my name, inability to purchase anything if it's not for cash, inability to leave the territory without risking to be banned for at leat five years. In fact inability to partake to anything that requires valid document.

I have been emailing them and going there every single week since January 2018 I never got any information as they always told me lies like " they haven’t received any feedback from Home affaires or they will contact me as soon as possible" and never contact me.

Something must be done!!!!!!
