Disappointed with VFS Global's Refund Process

I am extremely disappointed with how VFS Global has handled my refund request. Despite submitting all the required documents and following every procedure, I am still struggling to get my hard-earned money back.

What should have been a straightforward process has turned into an exhausting cycle of follow-ups and unanswered emails. It is frustrating that customers are forced to chase for updates, while VFS treats these cases as just another ticket in their system.

Unfortunately, my experience aligns with numerous complaints I have read about VFS’s poor customer service. The lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. Why should customers go through so much hassle for something that should be processed fairly and smoothly?

I demand a prompt resolution to my refund request.
