DISAPPOINTED BY VFS GLOBAL

I would like to express my utter disappointment with VFS Global for their disgusting service. Their website indicates that it takes 3 days for them to allocate a payment made then applicants can be able to book an appointment for submission. I have been waiting a whole week and upon following up with their call centre, I was advised that I would have to wait even longer up to 2 months due to a backlog. This is TOTALLY unacceptable. My medical certificates and police clearance will be on the verge of expiry and it will cost me more money to have all this renewed again. I am extremely dissapointed and angry.
