Didn't found my application on the VFS System

I scheduled an appointment with VFS on 10/03/2022 14:15-14:30 with regards to the submission of my kids PR Application. When I went to the office for submission they couldn't find my application on their system at the Rivonia branch . They said they will speak to the IT Manager to resolve the issue and reschedule my appointment at an early date. I send an email to the *** , they ask me to contact the call center on +***. When i phone them, they ask me to send an email to *** I send an email, but until now i haven't got any response. But until now I haven't heard anything from them. I really don't know how to get an new appointment.
