DHA / VFS 4 Years with no feedback

I am frustrated at the bare writing of this

It has been 4 years now since we app**** for a PRP and till date there has been no update

All i get is a the turn around from both VFS and DHA

Can someone take responsibility because this is just not right. We follow the process but nothing seems to be happening

All i get each time i track online is:

"Application for ****** has been received at DHA on 02 NOV 2015"
