DELAYED OUTCOME

This is the 3rd time I'm querying my outcome on this platform. it's been 6months now, going on to 7 & i'm still awaiting my ZSP permit outcome. I don't have any idea why I haven't received it despite being informed by a VFS staff member that my outcome was ready 2+ months ago since my 1st enquiry. 2 weeks ago, after enquiring twice, I finally received my kids outcomes but mine is still pending. i need to get on with my life, please, i cant process my medical aid, amongst other things as a result. can someone at VFS please follow up & call me this time to say i must come & collect.
