I have submitted an application for a critical skill work visa at DHA via VFS on Jan, 2015 which has been subsequently rejected based on the fact that I was holding a corporate visa at the time. Therefore, I app**** for an appeal on Feb, 16, 2015 and up to today, I did not receive any feedback.
All attempt to contact VFS and HA lead to an dead end as I am continuously sent back and forward between both organisation and I call and all my emails remains unanswered. I visited VFS 2 month, spoke with the director and explained to her how difficult the situation is since I am not able to work without my visa and the promised to contact DHA and get back to me but she has never did. I went back to VFS and they treated me like a dog, refusing to allow me in to speak with the manager.
It's been over 8 months that I am waiting for my appeal, with no Job, no income and nothing, is this is not a good reason enough to consider to escalate my application, then what should be? would a year of my life on stand still in S.A won't be enough after spending 7 years in this country paying for rent, taxes, school fees and services? Beyond the frustration of the situation, I just seriously irritated.
Best regards,
