delay in permit out come

I app**** for my permit 15/11/14 and after months of waiting I emailed VFS on 12/5/15 enquiring on the status my permit they blamed Home affairs for the delay I then forwarded their response to Home affairs and on the 1/6/15 home affairs responded to say that my permit was approved and I should wait for VFS to call me . I forwarded the same email of confirmation of my approved permit to VFS and they rep**** to say I should wait to be called I waited 2 weeks no one called me I personally went to VFS to check the out come of my permit on 11/06/15 it was still not out. I went again on the 1/7/15 cause I was due to travel out of SA it was still not out . after my trip I came to check again on the 21/07/15 still not out . now I cant travel out to countries that require me to apply for a visa. I have 2 of my banks close my accounts due to the fact that I don't have a valid permit. I can not send or receive money from abroad am literally stuck cause VFS has been delaying my permit for the past 8 months . this is totally unacceptable , honestly my life is upside down and no one at VFS seems to understand the inconvenience this delay is causing me .
