Today I went to the vfs in Rivonia to collect the adjudication of my Permanent Residence application which I put in over a year ago. I receive three SMS's from gfs, the third informing me that my adjudication was ready for collection. I gave my receipt to the assistants at the office who then told me that my application was not with them. They checked online and said that it was not ready. I received multiple contradictory messages from the assistants. One said that vfs often misleads clients that applications are ready when they aren't. The other said it'll only be read in another few months. They told me to track my application online which I did. Online says my application is ready. Call centre said application is ready. I'm now confused and defeated. Who do I believe? Who can assist me? I'm greatly disappointed and inconvenienced. Please, please assist.

It is now over two working days in which you, VFS, promised to get back to me, and I still have heard nothing. Upon calling one of your agents at the call centre a few minutes ago, she claims that my application is still with DHA and denies that the SMSs I received are from VFS. Nobody seems to know what is going on. I demand to be treated like a paying customer and not a desperate immigrant. Your service is evidently not on point and you're causing me and I'm sure many other a great inconvenience.
