Customer Service was very rude

VFS on their website tells you that your permanent residence will be processed within 8-10 months. At the moment, it's been more 10 months since I app**** for mine. I phoned them as a follow up on my application and I spoke to a customer service guy named Clinton (who withheld his last name) and was extremely rude to me. I asked to speak to the manager after his rudeness, and he refused. I asked for the managers name and he refused again. As someone who paid for this service, I deserve to be treated with respect. VFS need to do something about this behavior, and overall about the processing of our permits.
