complaining about the duration of the process

I app**** my ZSP on 25 th of Nov 2014, upto now there's nothing, people who app**** after me already have the results ( decisions ), can I have clarity and picture of what exactly is taking place, its almost half a year and we suppose to be looking for employment using those permits, how long are we gonna wait as we deserve to have been saved as first comers, thank you
