Collected Document 3 months ago but still receive sms (today until now 43 sms)

Hi,

I collected document in oct/2017 but from that day until today I received sms that I collected document (date and time in each SMS is different)

It makes me worry maybe someone uses my document then I went to Bruma and inform them 2 weeks ago and ask to check the system and ... and they said noting wrong and all are ok b ut did not give a letter to me.

And still I received the sms and it makes me tired (For example only today 12:11 pm until 20:14 I received 44 SMS?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

VFS is responsible for my documents and if someone (not me) uses them and... then VFS is responsible for it.

And please stop send sms if it is Error and fix your system. If does not error then VFS responsible for all.
